The jesters guild does not formally claim ownership of the gypsies,
their village, their ponies, or their wagons. Just the right to paint
the pretty colors and use the ponies to pull Tiax's toboggan. The Grand
Nabobery simply thought that ownership was implied.


Anyone found trespassing in the gypsy village will still be looked at
funnily and made scary faces at until they leave.
