The construction of my shastaan temple is now complete. It is a haven
to all those seeking peace and I will welcome any visitors. However,
those who have recently comitted offensive acts will find themselves
unable to cross the boundry.

I urge you all to spend time there, whether you are a naturally violent
person or a peaceful family man, the rewards of peace are there for everyone.
