How quick you are to forget your attachment to those of Sapience, giving
over your loyalty to these invaders at what measly price? The
acquisition of more ore? Your parchment-thin commitment to your fellows
disgusts me.

As for Overlord Estan's "protection", I am certain he will be displeased
with their reduction in number, courtesy of the city of Mhaldor. Each
time a Vertani guard is slain it will deplete their forces, while our
own deaths are meaningless in the pursuit of a greater objective.

Overlord Estan, you spew this tripe from the security of your fortress
and hurl insults from behind a wall of forty guards arranged against me,
alone. You have no place from which to cast aspersions on any
individual's bravery, least of all my own.
