At the request of the Sheik of el'Jazira, we have constructed a
defensive fortress in his village, and provided a number of Vertani
guards and mages to attempt to provide some protection against the foul
predations perpetrated on them by the very leader of Mhaldor, Khoraji.
This cowardly dog finds pleasure in slaying the weak and defenseless,
though he is quick to run with his tail between his legs when confronted
with real force.

Mhaldorians will be attacked on sight by Vertani inside of el'Jazira
until that city casts out the traitorous and dishonourable leader they
have chosen to represent them.
