Ad 134 gives details, but if that's dissolved by now, the basic
guideslines are -

500 gold per ticket. 12 tickets per credit. You may buy lots of tickets.
Every 100 bought gets 10 free. Every 500 bought gets another 100 free.

The person with the most tickets get 5k if they don't win (10k if 1000
or more tickets bought by them) or 15k if they do (30k if they've bought
1000 or more).

There's a 2000 ticket limit overall, but it's far from that, so you can
still buy quite a few.
