Well i would first like to point out a little statistical error you
made, don't worry thought it happens. Well the problem is i am 100%
certain that the amount of citizens in Mhaldor that possess the skill
blackwind is not 90%.

Secondly I was shocked when I read the post, I thought ahh Vigile being
one of the Vizers of Shallam, must mean that what you have said is
Shallams reply to my offer of war. Then I remembered your time as a
Vizer of Shallam wasn't well long. So please let one of your Vizers or
more to the point your Sultan awnser for Shallam.
