Evil and Good

First of all, I wanted to clarify. Of course me being a member of
several organisations makes my beliefs affected by those teachings, but
still I am speaking on behalf of myself, not those organisations.
You challenge us to unenemy "every single servant of Evil from my city,
guild, order". But how does this deal with forgiveness? Having people
branded city enemies is a security measure, and at the same time many
people who ask for being unenemied, are unenemied. If you wish to be
unenemied, contact the security minister of Shallam.
You bring the construction of Mhaldor as an example of a victory of your
ideals. But to start with, Mhaldor was built by Lord Sartan Himself, and
not buy His followers, and all our statements cannot apply to Gods,
since they are beings superior, and we can't know Their logic. You say
that Mhaldor does achieve strength and others do not. As for me, it is
just false. I have heared citizens of Mhaldor be unhappy about the fact
that other cities help each other. I think Mhaldor as a city cannot
advance further, while I expect the future power of the other parts of
the world to lie in the unity, the bigger unity than we have now.
Now you say that you also care about the Growth all over the world. Yes,
I am exactly thinking as you said: "if that is so Vasool, why is it that
the Maldaathi kill others and war with others?" I do not really find the
phrase "Well, why is it that you would not allow an intruder into your
home or guildhall?" answering this question. Defense is defense, but
what about numerous innocents you kill all over the world? You hunt
Jaru, Shastaan, Thera, etc. If you wish all the world to advance, how
about the citizens of those villages? And hundreds of people who are
robbed by members of Mhaldor, I do not think you are helping them much.
If Evil stopped actions like that, it would stop being Evil. And while
you do not stop it, you are not caring about the Growth all over the
world, and that is what makes the difference. That is why I won't come
help Lord Sartan, and not because I am weak on my beliefs.
Another question, probably not asked directly, but it still seen in your
post. The question is: if I care for the Growth all over the world, how
can I be working against Mhaldor, defending Shallam, or sometimes other
cities, delivering my friends... While doing this, do not I inhibit the
advancement of Mhaldorians? And how does it go along my beliefs? I will
try to give my answer.
I used the word "innocents" in my posts. By this I mean those who are
not performing any acts inhibiting the Growth of others, living their
peacefull life, fighting only in self-defense. Note, that this does not
make adventurers innocent, since all adventurers I know hunt denizens
(yes, you can disagree with this definition of innocents, but this is
the one I use here). Now there comes somebody who starts slauthering
those innocents. He cares for his personal advancement only, but his
actions have a negative effect of the world's Growth. And if I do
something to stop that person, be it an adventurer or a denizen, my
actions are working for the worlds Growth, since I prevent, or at least
I try to save those victims. Who gave me the right to judge this? Nobody
did. It is the responsibility I choose.
Now I think I have said everything I wanted, and probably I will stop
posting for now. Please send me tells if you are interested and want to
here more replies.
