The ARC has received a complaint about Khaseem for un-Achaean behaviour.
The complaint has been duly noticed and Khaseem has been asked to respond.
He has pleaded guilty to the charges and is proud of it.

The charge is: Abuse of the state of grace.

sentence: khaseem is branded a rat of the second kind. He may be hunted
down by all. For each killing of Khaseem there is a bounty of 250 gold.
He is to be killed 10 times. After which he will go on probation.
The bounty is revoked after the tenth kill.

The druid Zandramas is responsible for paying those who deserve
the bounty.

Until further notice Zandramas will be spokesperson of the ARC.
