If I choose to deliver justice to those who violate Shallamese or even common
laws, that's my choice. I certainly don't need to turn to a scattered group of
mid-level rogues to get permission to attack. I answer to my guild, and my divine
patron, as well as to the needs of my wife and family. I will not pay homage to
any directives put forth by the ARC. If you think you think you can punish QQers
better than the entire Templar guild, you are welcome to dwell in that cloud of
ignorance.
