Dark salutations,

It is with great pleasure and joy that the Order of Darknness makes unto
Lord Sartan, the Malevolent, and all those under His great power the
offer of our Shrines. It has come to our mortal ears that the Lord of
Malevolence wishes our shrines brought down, and when one of the Great
Ones thus wishes, we must provide unto Him and His this joy. Shrines are
but toys to us, amusements at times, useful at others - yet if they
could serve the Greater Purpose of providing true joy and accomplishment
to you, the people of Mhaldor and the Great Lord's ranks, then their
potential has more than been met.

I do not write these words with sarcasm. The Way of the Lord is that of
Perfect Love and Perfect Trust. Our power comes from wisdom, our joy
from introspection and the experience of something Beyond ourselves.
That is the joy we wish to give unto others, when they are willing, that
they may experience in their lives the incredible power and glory that
is being Awake. Each heart has its own joys, its own way of reaching the
ultimate euphoria that we call a sense of life. Whether you walk beneath
the Spires of Mhaldor or the soaring towers of the Basilica, these seeds
of Being are within you, and all that strengthens them places a smile
upon our faces.

I would personally like to apologize for the brief time any of you spent
within enemy status. I am but mortal, and my transformation is not yet
complete - yet I did see the error of my actions through the mere memory
of my Father's words. None of you are enemies, but welcome friends on
the path of Living, Being, and Doing. The true core of Dark power is
shared by every living soul within this realm - and thus it can never
fade nor waver. I am thankful that we have given you a sense of purpose
and achievement today. May the Great Love embrace you, in whatever form
you choose to accept it.
