It seems one small, but rather important, detail was omitted from my
last post.

The last day to enter a weapon will be the 25th of Lupar. The judging
will be during the month of Phaestian, and the prizes will be awarded as
soon as the judging is complete. The auction will be held shortly
afterwards. More information on the auction will be posted as the date
draws nearer.
