a thing or come to such a horrid conclusion! Shame on you Dresden

Once the orphans are in the hands of the orphanage, they are under the
legal supervision of the Orphanage, and the Orphanage just so happens to
supervise them in a naughty way.

Let's see.. by example

When you were a little toddler with your Aurorean mace, flailing about
with it. Did you ever accidently hit someone and kill them in one hit?
Sure! What happened then, you got a spanking. so I guess I am trying to
say is that I'm sorry you don't like the way the Orphanage takes care of
it's children, but I'll pass the information on to the superintendant of
the orphanage and I'll be sure to give her a spanking.
As for pre-enrolled state, Ashtan does protect them. It is up to
everyone in Sapience to do their part in society. Some may think it's
punishment to take them to Handel, others may not like Ashtan's
orphanage. Be it as it may, Dresden. You do not like many things, and as
a popular subject as this is, you may not like the orphanage. Okay, if
you've got an issue, here's a tissue. Life is what happens when you
expect something else, and the orphans do their part in society by
bringing together two cities, who on an on-and-off state of affairs
sometimes talk and don't talk, would conform to hating eachother's
actions and citizens, based upon the actions of a building, an albeit
small building and small state of affairs.
