This is to inform all of you who have been enemied to Ashtan for
"stealing orphans and/or killing orphans and/or leading orphans out of
Ashtan" which law protects the orphans from that. However a vague issue,
this issue has been a topic of panic for both cities.

Ashtan Law 1, Section B states the following:
Section B: All beings marked as loyal to a citizen of Ashtan are to be
treated as citizens.

That includes beings marked as loyal to Ashtan

And as such, we will protect them from outsiders.

In my foresight, I can already tell the multitude of posts that will
follow concerning the issue of the Loving Hearts' Orphanage in Ashtan
and what goes on in there. What, if at all, does that concern you? The
orphans find a good home in the orphanage and are so happy, that they
never leave or no one hears from them again cos they're having such a
good time. I even hear some go to Amadia, Ashtan's Jeweler to be an
apprentice! How fun!

N.B: Are you an orphan? Do you need a good, loving home? Come to Ashtan
and seek refuge in the Loving Hearts' Orphanage in Ashtan, where all of
your troubles fade away. It's better living space and you get taken care
of better than in the hands of the dirty Handel, Choir person.
