Greetings again Sapience,
To those who responded to my post:
Once again you have misperceived the concept of " good" and "evil."
First off, I do not pretend to know the Gods but I do not think that
they would punish me having said what I did. Secondly, Sarapis did not
create "good" and "evil." They are mere perceptions of what Sarapis
created, which, of course, was everything. You make these perceptions
based on what you have been taught by authority figures or what you have
thought up on your own. These choice few I spoke of are the various
authority figures in your life who taught you your narrow-minded views
of what evil is. You choose to ignore the fact that Sarapis not only
created what you see as "good" but also what you see as "evil." To me
this is an offense that would be disgraceful to the very name of The
Logos because you are not observing His true power. The creation of all,
regardless of affinity.
Concerning the innocence of Maim; yes she has zombies wandering about in
her maze and, yes, she may very well have accidentally killed her
dearest nephew. The main way to gain knowledge is to have experiences.
And without a doubt we will all make mistakes along the way. But do we
condemn those who make mistakes for all of eternity? Obviously Maim
wants to attone for her mistakes. if she actuall got a chance before
being brutally killed she would revive all that were harmed in any
experimentation. I have spoken with Maim myself and she is near to
completing this goal if not for the harassment of some peoples. If you
would actually bother talking with the poor woman instead of killing her
you might actually find this out.
And as for raising the dead, Tommy, almost all of us do it on a monthly
basis no matter what class. Druids have Grove Rez, Priests have
resurection abilities, and even Sarapis himself raises those from the
dead who have not had a full life. Priests dishounorable? Sarapis
dishonourable? This notion would be laughable to Shallamese, members of
the Church, and most everyone concering Sarapis. But by your own words
they are dishonourable for raising the dead, just as Maim wishes to.
So, in conclusion, continue to think on your perceptions. Continue to
evaluate your thinking before you act rashly. And most of all do not
judge others that you know nothing about without first getting in their
skin and walking around in it.
Sincerly,
Noktal Tatharin
