Please be informed that the Martial Law placed on the city of Shallam is
formally lifted.

We will welcome any peaceful and law-abiding visitors into our city;
although those of ill intent will of course be kept out, or branded as
enemies should they break our city laws.

This is not to say we are friends or allies of the forces of Lord Sartan
or Aegis, we just do not think it necessary to continue such draconian
methods as Martial Law to defend ourselves against their aggressions.

of Shallam.
