As Chancellor of Mhaldor I address you all this day with information
regarding two shops in Mhaldor that are up for rent. My ministry is
seeking someone willing to stock our shops with herbs and curative
vials. As many of you know, the 'wrath' of Oakstone is still upon
Mhaldor, so these shops have the potential to be a great source of
income.

The going rate for a shop within a city is three million gold. As we are
seeking to rent these shops out, the agreement calls for a 25k per year
tax, with no down payment on the shop.

Failure to keep a consistent stock shall be reason to forfeit ownership
of said shop.
