Greetings Sapience,

The Bastion of the North has taken in hand the consequences of the
holocaust globe used in conjunction while being in a forest-related
area. However as the city of Freedom, Ashtan will not be banning the use
of elemental holocaust globe.

As such, the following will be placed into effect immediately:

- The Bastion will have a routine maintenance check on the arena and
take names of each room that has found itself barren and without life.
The person that either holocausted the room or exterminated it will be
messaged and will be required to give a piece of elemental ice to the
Bastion. This ice will be used to rejuvinate said-room.

- If this ice is not given and the offender is a citizen of Ashtan, they
will be relieved of their citizenship. If they are not a citizen and
refuse to hand over the ice, they will be branded an enemy of Ashtan
until such time as they give us the ice.


Please note: These actions are not pushed upon us by the villagers of
Eleusis or residents of Oakstone. The Bastion wishes to preserve our
Arena and keep it friendly to those who are inhabitants of the forest.
