I am writing this post as the Eleusian Minister of Security.

Eleusis has decided to put in a new law which goes like this...

Anyone who drops a holocaust globe, that cause damage to the forests and
jungles in the Eleusis Arena, will be enemied immediatly. The punishment
you will be looking at is a fine of 20k for each room destroyed, and 3-5
years of enemy status.

This law will take effect immediatly.

I would also like to encourage the other cities to make similar rules to
protect their own arenas from this crime.
