This is a formal annoucement that the City of Hashan has outlawed the
public use of gleam within it's walls. It is now illegal to sell, buy or
use gleam publically in Hashan, and any offenders will be charged as
follows:

Anyone caught buying the substance will be enemied for 2 years, with a
2,000 gold piece fine.

Organized distribution carries an 8,000 gold piece fine, and 8 years as
a city enemy.

Public use of gleam carries a 6 month term of enemieing, as well as a
500 gold fine.

Please note that while we do not encourage the use of the substance,
owning it, or using it in private is not considered to be a violation of
these rules. Citizens and guests alike are free to partake in the drug
as they see fit, but please do not take the dealing of it or the use of
it to our streets.
