Can we safely assume Oakstone no longer considers itself the forest
protectorate, but its ruler?

Shrines have absolutely -nothing- to do with tending to nature within
the forest, it is yet another way in which Oakstone seeks to increase
its power over Sapience.

Tell me, which holy shrines has Oakstone decided to 'permit', and which
it will deny.
