Greetings.
I believe this is my first public post, and hopefully it will be the
last one I ever have to make.
I will make it clear here that this will be my only post on this issue,
and this is not going to turn into the useless drivel that generally
covers the Board. I am only responding at all here because I was
peronally named.
Riannane, You make it sound like when I was talking to you I was
speaking for myself alone. You have opinions of us. Wonderful. If you
read the Poetry section, you'll see I wrote something about all of us
having Voices and Choices. I cannot silence your voice in the same way
you could not take away mine. Its the beauty of our creation and the
gift of the Logos.
Again, I suppose I need a disclaimer now that anything I say in the post
is indeed my opinion and not that of my City, Guild, Church, Order,
Clans etc etc or I'm sure someone will attack them for it, public board
being what it is.
Mhaldor has set precident of using their unenemied novices as portal
targets for raids into Shallam. This is not to say that every novice who
enters with a Mhaldorian title, even any Mhaldorian that enters at all
is there to do harm. Any Mhaldorian who wishes to visit Shallam and is
not an enemy is welcome to do so, as we are not under Marshal Law.
Mhaldor has made the choice to not allow anyone but Mhaldorians in, that
that is her own perrogative. However, because of the precident, its good
to keep an eye on those who come in. As far as harassing them, I have
never seen such a thing, and should it happen while I am there, I would
be swift to stop it.
Everyone makes choices. For Good or for Evil, some follow up on those
choices and some sit and let the choices carry them along in the current
of life. But do not attack someone for choosing one or ther other.
For as it is said: Let he who is without fault cast the first stone.
