On the subject of Shallam, not -all- Citizens are horrid. Lereas informs
me he is quite a nice chap, so, again, to clarify, not -all- of Shallam
needs to read over their own ideals, just a vast majority.
And since you all seem to require proof..

I once stood at Fish Street and watched certain memebers of The Church,
degrade, intimidate and harrass a Novice, solely because they were
Mhaldorian.
This Novice later left and moved to Hashan. There is one example. I
