And people began pointing at the sky. Murmuring this, whispering that
and asking why? Then with the tree howling, and the earthquakes, and the
explosions, the 'owwing', the 'awwing', and I swear I saw penguins
flying! Then, the dust settles, and the coughing subside, people are
confused and um, well I have a question � Is Death and Destruction
alike?

I'm approaching this with simple curiosity and do feel (or at least
hope) this can be an interesting topic for everyone. I'm not sure if the
new goddess Makali has any followers yet who may speak for Her but maybe
followers of Thoth may have interesting insight into this.

So are Death and Destruction the same? Are they different? How are they
connected? Or are they opposing? And all other angles you can poke to
this topic with a stick.

Anyway I hope this won't turn into those mud-slinging contests the
public is known for and I hope everyone can be civil in this. It might
be something interesting to read for a change.

Just throwing the ball out there.
