How to Claim:

To find out whether you are carrying the winning arrow, check on "INFO
INV" or "II" or just simply PROBE ARROW(winning number)

Then, go to a post office and REQUEST LETTER, write in the letter, and
state your name, then PUT ARROW(winning number) IN LETTER...and MAIL
LETTER TO LAILA

I will msg you as soon as I recieve the letter and the arrow, and
arrange with you personally a time in which we can get together and I
can give you your prize.

If I do not recieve three letters with the winning arrows in by the end
of Lupar I will announce new arrows and the original winner shall become
void.
