=== Monk Tournament ===
I was still getting information in as of when I woke this morning but I
did tell you all the final deadline was last months Serenade-- so the
only changes I'm making to the announced winners at the ceremony were
those that told me AT the ceremony of things that had gone on prior to
the serenade that I was not aware of. I expected a larger mess of this
than it turned out to be with a war breaking out in the middle, but all
in all it turned out very very well. I'll leave you monks waiting no
longer--

Division 1- Kir- of the Mojushai Monks - winner of Full set of Healing
Elixers, 50 credits, and a Divine Favor from the Goddess of Beauty and
Love, Lady Selene. She donated a TrueFavor to Kir, Way to Go!

Division 2- Tenchu- of the Tanjinn Monks- winner of an Enchantment set
(5 meteor Arrows, 5 flame sigils, 1 of each of Firewall, Icewall and
Firelash Rings), 75 credits, and a divine favor from the Green Lady,
Lady Demeter.

Division 3- Tranquility (as if we are terribly surprised -wink-)-
Founder of the Ashura Monks- who wins a full set of venoms, 125 credits,
and a divine favor from Lord Clementius, the Weaver.

Lord Clementius is working on a set of trophies for the 1st place
winning guilds, something that can be kept in their Guildhalls to
commemorate the work done by each of them, their guilds training, and
the brotherhood of the Monks. You all were great sports, and performed
excellently. Thanks for allowing me the chance to do this, it was great
fun! Final congratulations goes out to the Mojushai, Tanjinn and Ashura
who have proved to have the top fighting monks in the lands. Good job!!


======= THE WORLD FFA ========

I have -never- seen such a big FFA in all my days. There were more
people in that single FFA than I think have joined all the FFA's in the
last full month prior to it. I was so proud and impressed to see so many
taking such a keen interest in the event. It was along and hard fought
battle with many having an excellent showing. In the end we ended with 3
sentinels battling it out.

Rangor took 3rd place, winning an herbal pack consisting of Bloodroot,
Kol and Moss.
Landon took 2nd place, winning 20 credits
Kandor won the 1st place prize of a FREE ARTIFACT off the Offensive or
Defensive list of his choice.

All the fighters were favored by--- Lords Scarlatti, Thoth, Neraeos,
Sartan, Pentharian, Twilight and Clementius, and Ladies Indrani,
Mithraea and Valnurana, several of which were in attendance at the
Awards ceremony as well, that served doubly to usher in the Lord of
Combat. What a fitting event to mark His return. What a memorable month!
