Please join me in congratulating Aife and Cobra on the birth of a
healthy and happy daughter. This birth occurred on the Chaos Plane,
which was rather apropos considering this was where Cobra and Aife
pledged their love and joined together in matrimony. Krillian,
mistress of telepahty, oversaw as the midwife, and I blessed the
child as she took her first breath.

I expect that this girl, whose parents were united in Chaos and
whose birth itself was made in Chaos and blessed by Chaos, will
achieve her destiny which has been marked by such auspicious
circumstances.

Please join me in congratulating Cobra and Aife, who is still
recovering from childbirth. Blessed be there daughter.
