Balance

After you stated that you and your Guardians would maintain the
balance of "all of the conflicting forces of this Plane and
others," there are some concerns I wish to raise.

First, if one of the "other" planes you feel needs to be balanced
refers to the Chaos Plane, I assure you that Chaos is and will
be triumphant there and any attempts to bring an equilibrium to
the Chaos Plane will result in the unleashing of forces that
would be better left sleeping. I assume you know what I mean.

Second, I am greatly disturbed that you seem to be prejudicially
targetting myself when the only forces you specifically identify
as needing to be maintained in equilibrium are "chaos" and "law."
(Although I am unsure whether or not you mean to imply that chaos
is the opposite of law or not, I will for the sake of expediency
not argue the point at this time.) Since there is no deity of law
and I am the Goddess of Chaos, it appears as though you and your
Guardians are only interested in fighting Chaos, or perhaps making
me the scapegoat for all of Achaea's woes.

What of Twilight's realm of darkness and deception? Will you and
your Guardians maintain the balance between the darkness and the
light?

What of Gaia's realm of nature? Will you not maintain the balance
between nature and civilization? Will you and your Guardians
actively oppose Gaia and her followers if their influence hinders
the development of cities? (For instance, opposing cutting down
trees for lumber to build houses or otherwise exploiting those
natural resources necessary for the growth of cities.) I am
extremely curious on this point as Gaia has often maintained that
"her" druids and followers are also keepers of balance which I
have always felt was disingenous as best.

What of Deucalion? What of Hermes? Or Aeyr?

I curiously await your response.

Lovingly,
Eris, Goddess of Chaos -><-
