Presuming the father of the girl is also the father of her brother...

The girl is 22. Her brother, half her age, is currently 11, and her
father is 44. In 22 years when the girl is 44, the brother will be 33
and thus half the age of the father, who will by then be 66.

The methods/proof for this is long and yucky, involving simultaneous
equations and lots of stuff I really wish I didn't know. If anyone is
interested (Gods forbid!), message me and I'll tell you how I got the
answer.
