Perhaps this be not directed to you. Perhaps, I will be corrected after,
which is good, for I only seek that which is true.

Decades ago, the Oakstone rules under jursidiction were thus:

Those areas lying within the confines of a city and protected by
the defenses of said city will be protected by Oakstone only
if the city requests it.

I chose not pen the whole section of jurisdiction, as it is the subject
of city being debated at this time.


If Oakstones Charter has been updated, I would like to be directed
where I might read it. It has been over 75 years since my wandering soul
returned, and much has changed. There is much I've yet to remember, and
much of what I remember that is no more.
