city etiquette

Let me begin by saying that it is always a good idea to follow city
etiquette and out of my experience one should not entangle with rules
that have been set in stone. Rules have been set because many people do
not think of the consequences that will happen to them nor the reactions
of others towards that individual. Rules have been set not to make
people mad because of the "I said so" routine, there are reasons rules
were made. Many of these rules were made to protect people from negative
occurrences or situations. Instead of perceiving rules as a way for
those stronger than you to control you, think of rules as more of a way
to protect you from something bad happening to you. I, myself am an
example of what can happen to people who do not follow conduct. I made
many shouts that offended people and I suffered the consequences because
of it. If you are a slave of Mhaldor please refrain from shouting, the
higher ranking city members only wish to keep you from suffering the
consequences, not to keep you from enjoying using the shout channel.
So remember, rules were made to protect you. Do not violate these rules.
