Sticking my head out in the guillotine but the title Fool must be defended!

Um, traps everywhere Must tread carefully *search the ground
nervously*
Um, there was a post where the subject heading used the word 'fool' to
imply a derogatory title. In this I have to sincerely object. *nods
solemnly*
To be acknowledge as a Fool is a mark of achievement for a jester. It is
a plateau reached when the Jester as a Fool, may look back to his or her
days of buffoonery with fondness but look forward to greater heights of
silliness. It takes concerted effort to be recognized as a Fool and my
objection here is the careless benediction of this distinction without
due merit. Anyone can do foolish things but not everyone is a Fool!
And another thing. About distinction by title and the influence of
expectations, I think. Um, well, persist on calling someone a fool and
he will persist in doing foolish things, which by certain vocation would
be expected but in most cases a senseless repetition in frustration. But
to place that someone in higher standards of maturity and character, the
person would, in a sense, strive to emulate the higher standards which
is expected of him and so a more fruitful next step would be made
available. I think.
What was I trying to say again? Oh yeah. SAVE THE RABBITS!
