Public News Post #11853

Clairification

Hail, Sapience.

I would like to apologise for the misconceptions strewn from my previos
post, public 11847. After re-reading my work again, I realised that it
sounded like all I was doing was complaining about the changes, when, in
actuality, that was not my goal. Thanks to Qwilleran, Watchman, and
Keila for all pointing this out to me.

My intent was to outline the varios method different classes have of
restoring life, compare them, and show where soulcage and transmogrify
stand now. Of course, it was subjective, but I admit that I did put too
much feeling into it. Unfortunately, there were a few people who only
saw the feeling, and didn't see the facts.

If you would go back to my previous post, and re-read it, omitting the
last paragraph, and the last sentence of the second-to-last paragraph,
it will make a lot more sense. My true feelings on the subject are that
this hardship will not be hard to endure, partly because I rarely used
the soulcage ability, but mostly because I am prepared to take whatever
punishment I deserve, in my quest for strength.

Oh, and, Mat was slain for his reply to my post. While I was killing
him, all he could do was run, except when he couldn't run because I kept
catching up to him, and when he challenged me to a re-match, he went and
hid in Shallam. He did come duel me at NoT, but he ran away again when
he didn't like the looks of things. So much for having the decency to
stay and fight, eh?
