When we are raided by Forestals... i.e. Mat, Jinxsta, Jhui, YOU, and the
list goes on.. who's home do we get to strike back on? Covenant claims
you all are individuals enacting your own retribution regarding
individual 'causes' upon Mhaldor so what are -we- left with, when we
have a law and treaty to NOT use our godgiven skills in retalliation
upon YOUR Homes, the forest? We are greatly restricted in the options we
have left. Which is of course, silly and unacceptable.

When individuals of Mhaldor strike out against -anyone- it often ends in
batches of many raiding and dying upon Mhaldor soil. You (indicating all
of you out there who are guilty of this) raid the city, to take a toll
for what -x- person has done to -y- person as opposed to meeting -x-
person for a dual, or challenging them directly, in a fair and Honorable
fight. And I personally wont care however manyof you feel the need to
reply to this and argue the point because anyone who spends time in
Mhaldor will see the evidence of this as true. I dont need to argue it.
Nor will I. You do it. And yet, after all these years, we stuck by that
treaty. We didn't take retribution upon YOUR Forests, for YOUR Forestals
bad behaviour.

Well we are the city of Evil are we not? Your days of taking advantage
of everyone around you is coming to an end. We have rid ourselves of
that law, because A: The Forest Leaders (council, guilds, what have you)
continue to allow with no inner punishments of any sort, your forestals
to raid our city calling them individuals. B: We have let you get away
with your power for far too long.

Tybalt and any other exterminators from Mhaldor, are Mhaldorian
INDIVIDUALS who enact their fury upon the homes of the Forestals that
draw those attacks upon it by being fools. Perhaps if you police your
people a little better and teach them decent behaviour, this wouldn't be
a problem.

And ... just as a side note... I was present the last time we sat in a
meeting to organize a 'treaty' and it consisted of Oakstone making
demands and listening to very little else. When your council decides to
organize a meeting of minds, where an exchange of fair concessions on
BOTH sides will take place, we may then consider it. I doubt that will
happen with your current leadership.
