Greetings Simoln,
I am glad that you expressed some sort of concern or interest in what's
been going on, albeit most people seem to feel that messaging me or
sending me a simple tell for something so ... small and misunderstood is
the better route than wasting 1000 gold. Though it's understandable
*sparkle* I think that gold these days is a bit useless considering the
rise in the credit market *spanks the market*. But I'll hand that
discussion to our economists.
In any case, here's my response and I hope this clears up a lot. First
off, don't confuse me as someone who is an ENEMY of Sartan. At least
before all that He has done to my soul. Even then, I don't consider
myself an enemy of any divine. I simply have too much respect for the
Divine. They are all powerful and there is no doubt there. I hope we can
agree on that yes? I am an official enemy of Sartan however, yes. What's
the distinction you ask? I was enemied for taking up arms to save Lady
Eris' child during the child wars if you can remember those horrid
times. A group of the most fabled warriors, including the likes of
Shakti, Covenant, and Bulvai, led many worried, but determined would-be
warriors, including myself into Mhaldor. To combat the group that
entrenched itself upon the soil of Mhaldor to protect Eris' child,
everyone was enemied, first to the city, and then to Sartan, Himself
(for worldburn .. read help shrines if you need more info on that).
Worldburn did slay many of us, myself included. However, after this war,
Mhaldor unenemied most of us, including myself. However, I was not
unenemied for the order of Sartan for reasons unknown. I let that be,
albeit I did ask Watchman several times how one would go about getting
unenemied. I'll leave that discussion for a later time though.
Therefore, I have never took up arms against Lord Sartan, nor have I
spoke ill of Him. Yes, I did ask for negotiations and *would* like to
see the red fog removed. Did I know that Lord Sartan was the one Divine
who spawned the red fog? Yes. When I asked Mhaldor if it was possible to
negotiate this matter despite it being a Divine spawn, was I given a
negative answer? No. I was told that there would be much promise and
simply to wait on it. I won't get into my shpeal about how long it takes
the city of Mhaldor to get results when it doesn't concern one of their
citizens outright, but most of you seem to understand why I needed to
give a time constraint, however sorry I am that I needed to do so.
Finally, I have a confession. I ask that the forestals, the friends
within the Church, and the various organizations that I serve with my
life forgive me for having been so .. stupid? Before negotiations took
place for the red fog to be removed, one thing was asked of me .. to
show good faith. I was to offer up one run from the Underworld to Lord
Sartan. At first, I was appalled, for obvious reasons. However, I
contemplated on this matter for awhile. And I responded with hope,
something I hope you can all appreciate, as a purported advacant for
nature in the fullest. I agreed to offer not just one, not just two, but
THREE Underworld runs to Lord Sartan, to show my good faith and in hopes
of the red fog being lifted. To show that I, Jinxsta, was not acting in
a power trip, and was not trying to push Lord Sartan around. Obviously,
my offerings did little more than bolster Lord Sartan and He is probably
laughing at me right now. But that is fine. I do not care for that. I
acted in my own beliefs. I am sure what I have done has hurt many of
those whom I call friends and family. Please understand my intentions
were pure though, however deluded they were. I ask for your forgiveness.
I hope this clears up much Simoln. I am not one who simply asks for
something and expects it to be given because I have a lot of might,
levels, or combat experience. Recently, Sapience was engaged in a debate
about respect and how it must be earned. While I have a huge list of
honors, the same goes for me. I must earn respect from those that I meet
for the first time, in order for them to give it. The same goes for
every other being in sapience. The Divine are on a different standard
however. And I proclaim that outright.
Be well,
