Two people harvesting from one location at the same time unacceptably
heightens the risk of an overharvest occurring. Both people cause this
risk, both are responsible for its outcome.

Silverfox shares responsibility for an overharvest. As a result, he and
the other party involved -both- receive the set punishment for
overharvesting. It's very simple, even the feeblest mind should be able
to grasp it.

Oh, and Shayden.. if Oakstone ran on an 'Our Way or the Prelatorian
Highway' basis, then you and the rest of the Rogues who display loyalty
to Mhaldor over Nature wouldn't have the ability to harvest, nor to sit
comfortably in your groves.
