My position as Fion

Written by: Lord Morkael Thelsum, Knight of Lupus
Date: Monday, September 8th, 2003
Addressed to: Demeter, Earth's Evenstar

M'lady,

As Fion in The Fianna I was, and still aware of the laws, and also the
spirit of the law in which they were made. In my dealings in
intrepreting the law, I try the best my mortal self can to follow the
spirit in which it was intended. And as you have pointed out M'Lady, no
one knows when Silverfox actually stopped overharvesting, and as you
indicated there was no way to tell, which means he could be being
punished for no crime but being able to harvest where an overharvesting
occured.

Also M'Lady, since he was aware that if caught overharvesting again he
would face strigent and harsh fines and enemy status, he would do all he
could to not be enemied.

Lord Morkael Thelsum
Knight of Lupus

Penned by my hand on the 9th of Daedalan, in the year 344 AF.
