enemied until day 01 of the month Sarapin of Year 345 (With a tolerance
of one month maximum, lease understand that there isn't necessarily a
hierophant around 24/7 to unenemy). Please feel free to contact me

Venyon: 9/8/4:36 "In the past, Oakstone has always fined all parties
involved in causing a single overharvest, and it certainly applies in
this case. Both parties involved should have been more careful when they
realize there's someone else there with the intent of harvesting."

I am not sure how it is possible for me to have overharvested by 5 when
the lastharvest shows: Kola tree 0 Ysbaddaden, however I'm sure that is
of little importance to Oakstone.


The overharvest occured as follows:
Teriae had asked me to harvest a room for her, as she cannot harvest
yet. There are no set rules against this, nor are there any rules
against two individuals harvesting in the same room, other than
courtesy. So I turn up after I've harvested a bit of kola for myself,
and Ysbaddaden is in the room asking Teriae whether she is harvesting
it. I say to him that she had asked me to harvest for her, and he offers
to, but Teriae says that I will harvest it for her. So I begin to
harvest, then Ysbaddaden (for what reason, I have no idea) says he'll do
it, and he too starts to harvest. So we're both picking, and I realise
that he's picking too and there's gonna be a problem, so I stop when
there's 30 or so plants left in the room. Ysbaddaden, however, is using
his "I'll loop to pick 45 kola" autoharvester, and proceeds to harvest
the room down to 0. He then morphs Eagle 3 times, then flys up into the
sky, attempting to avoid this overharvest, which of course is already
very much so done. Orina's found her way into the room at some point and
tries to put the blame on me, commenting that one shouldn't harvest when
someone already is.


So firstly, why is it that I have been reported as overharvesting, when
it clearly shows Ysbaddaden as harvesting down to 0 (*chin* Orina and
Ysbaddaden, I'm looking in your direction). Orina did say one shouldn't
harvest if someone already is, and Teriae had clearly told Ysbaddaden
that I was going to harvest for her. Secondly, how is it that I am
somehow responsible for Ysbaddaden using an extremely flawed
autoharvester? I stopped harvesting as soon as I realised he was, when
there were plenty of plants left. Ysbaddaden, on the other hand,
neglected to stop harvesting of his own fault. Even if I -was- trying to
cause him to overharvest, how would that explain him morphing Eagle 3
times and flying up? Oh perhaps he does that for fun every time he
harvests a room of kola because he's so overjoyed. Maybe next time the
smart idea would be to just -stop-? I have heard Oakstone say countless
times, -it is your own responsibility not to overharvest-, so even if I
did somehow "cause" Ysbaddaden to harvest down to 0, it is still his own
fault for allowing it to happen. Please, if you happen to overharvest by
your own fault, do not try to put the blame on others, that is just down
right lowly.


Ok so now the matter of Oakstone. I message Venyon (he's the "big man"
in charge of all the overharvests) with all the facts of what had
happened and also every other Heirophant saying why I am being punished
for an overharvest I didn't commit, but I later return to find that I'm
enemied to Oakstone for 12 months and fined 17500 gold. So forest
attacks me now, nor can I harvest anything, hrmm lovely I can't even use
my own Grove now. I have been severely hindered, and I have not even
done anything wrong. Rhakshai messaged me asking for the full and
complete account, but later no longer wants it? I can only assume she
got the details from Venyon, and completely disregarded them. And
Venyon, on your final message, could you please tell me how I can
possibly be more careful when Ysbaddaden had been told I am harvesting,
and I stop as soon as I realise he is harvesting too? Perhaps I should
heartstop next time I see someone else in a room, just to make sure I
can't be blamed when they decide to use an autoharvester. If Oakstone
are willing to blatantly ignore facts to just add another 17500 gold to
their already heft bank account, then the public with know of the
injustice they do.
