I think it's rather obvious

After you left the fair city that I called home, I was rather sad. I've
always liked you, and always thought you had a logical, mature head on
your shoulders.

Until I read your post regarding my city.

There are two kinds of people in this world. Those that see problems,
aknowledge their existence, and strive, within their power, to fix them.
They may find many set-backs, and may even find the path trecherous and
filled with dissapointment. But they don't give up.

And then there are those that spot a problem, quit a city, tuck tail and
run for cover. More afraid of hard-work than lack of results. Who sit
upon their high horse and drone on and on about the issues and the
problems and on and on and on... when they've long ago lose their ethos,
or any right to whine.

I wonder which category you might fall under, my dear.

Proud of the Crown,
Chammilla

Penned by my hand on the 7th of Sarapin, in the year 344 AF.
