Exactly.

Kryvar was SO blind to the need for change. He did absolutely NOTHING to
help bring it about. And he certainly didn't ever mention that need to
the citizens or discuss it on the city channel. Gosh. It's really too
bad Kryvar was so stuck in Apathy and complacency while he was a Regent.
That Assembly idea was just SO self-serving.
