I don't know about the rest of the world, or the rest of my city,
but there is something that makes me smile when orphan scum
are removed from the streets of my city. The wise ones know not to
take candy from strangers, and may one day end up as citizens. Unlike
some cities we are not compromised of molested choir boys and girls.

I would congratulate Shallam on repealing a foolish law concerning
chaos, I would persuade them not to attempt to impose their beliefs
upon a city far greater and wiser than them in the future, and I would
say to Mhaldor if you have orphans to kill, by all means go and do it.
