Ashtan

I have not lived in Ashtan, but I would like to consider myself as
having friends amongst the citizens there. One thing, above all else
that they have reminded me of was not their neutrality, no, it is their
freedom. Freedom of choice, whether to be evil or good as they so
desire.

Greywolf, by your words, you are taking away the very freedom that they
have worked tirelessly hard to keep. You will allow Occultists to roam
your streets, but obviously you do not trust them enough to allow them
to become citizens. Mhaldor has always and will continue to always
welcome Occultists to join Mhaldor.

If your plea is sucessful, and the orphanage is closed, I say this to
you, citizens of Ashtan, that Mhaldor will build an orphange in honour
of the freedom to do to orphans what you wish, and perhaps we shall name
it after he who would seek to see your precious freedoms ended,
Greywolf.

Lord Watchman, Tyrannus of Mhaldor.

Penned by my hand on the 21st of Aeguary, in the year 340 AF.
