Being the leader of Shallam isn't enough for you that you wish to
dictate to Ashtan what is or isn't acceptable? You will undo the works
of Eris and have Ashtan as a vassal city to your own corrupt-ridden
city? I see you have made the offer of allowing their Chaos Lords back
into the city that banned them for no reason, how very gracious of you.

And in turn, all they have to do is listen to you and ignore their
heritage, a gift from Eris. I would assume that they hold Eris in higher
regard than that and would not wish to offend either Her or Pandora.
Still perhaps you thought of that and already have your answer prepared.
Granted, Eris is now irreversably insane and is now incapable of
retaliating....ahh I see.
