I usually make a point to not post on public boards, but I aftering
reading of how chaos lords are supposedly allowed into Shallam I couldnt
resist.

And yes I did say supposedly allowed, I say this so that nobody gets the
impression that were welcome in Shallam. In fact I asked about getting
myself unenemied to Shallam (me being one of the many enemied by Shallam
because of my guild/city not what I actually did) and was told that they
had a temporary Minister of Security whom apparently isnt supposed to
unenemy anybody. I wonder how does a city go about having a Minister of
Security that they wont even allow to unenemy.

I was also informed that chaos lords are by no means welcome to become a
citizen of Shallam either. This all seems to show a sign of We dont want
chaos lords but we do want people to think were ok with them
