Greetings Citizen's of Saipence.

Last time something odd in the land happened (which became known as "The
chaos taint") the entire of Saipence was nearly wiped out by this - Good
or evil, it made no discriminations. Now we have what one might describe
as "an escaped lunatic" - and who's to say we won't get another
world-threatening situation? You could agrue that the reason the taint
had to effect it did was because we did not take action soon enough -
should we in this situation? It would make things a lot safer for
everyone if he were killed in a more permanent way than is the norm, or
deported to a small outlying island where he can do no damage. If he
carried on with his owrk - it is likely EVERYONE will feel the effect -
in a negative way.
