Greetings,

After much discussion and thought, I am now posting the offiical stance
of Cyrene for all to know.

At first we chose to remain neutral in this stance for it was purely a
gripe between Oakstone and Mhaldor, one that both sides wished to
pursue, for it takes 2 sides to wage war.

Cyrene is in a time of transition to a City-State with new goals, and
one of the proposed steps is to be a city of Commerce and Culture. This
is NOT official, but one of the posibilities The Senate of Cyrene is in
fact looking at. In this stance, we chose NOT to enemy Mhaldorians who
went shopping in Cyrene for herbs, but it appears that some people
wished to steal instead of purchase the goods. Instead of utilizing
Cyrene's neutrality in this situation, they decided to abuse it.

I am herby declaring that Mhaldorians are now persona non grata in
Cyrene till their leadership and Oakstones leadership resolves its
differences

This declaration is in NO MEANS a support of Oakstone and its fight with
Mhaldor. This is also should NOT be construed as a slight towards
Mhaldorians, for up to this point, Mhaldorians were in fact allowed to
shop in Cyrene without any repercussions. The actions of a few have now
affected the many. This action is being taken to protect and support
Shopowners in Cyrene.

I strongly urge both sides to sit down and talk more, and hereby offer
Cyrene as a neutral site to do this.
