This is no more nor less annoying to us than an herb ban in the first
place. Mhaldorian citizens were punished under Mhaldorian law. Oakstone
says that's not good enough for them. I invited Oakstone to elect a
Mhaldorian Viceroy, that they would more readily have a voice in our
government. They refused.

This is not a war. It's not even an aggressive action. This is simply
Mhaldor conducting Mhaldor's business, despite the overarching arrogance
of Oakstone in presuming that they have any business trying to direct my
city's government. Over two lonesome exterminators, Oakstone has ordered
me to cast out a sitting guildmaster. They have ordered me to write laws
that benefit them. They have directed me to report to them the status of
all exterminators.

I hereby insist that Oakstone cease such actions. I'm the one who's
Tyrannus here, and you're impinging on my copyright!
