Just a comment on the order of events, especially Dalamar's version of
it.

1) Sentinels herb banned Mhaldor.

2) 3-4 months later, Sylvans herb banned Mhaldor

3) 5ish months after that, Druids herb banned Mhaldor

4) Shortly thereafter, Oakstone supports it, and makes it apply to
rogues too.


Eleusis did not even step in. It simply enforces the ban- which makes
sense, all things considered.
