Greetings and Good Jera...!

I am now taking entries for a Forging Contest to he held as part of the
Phaestian Festival in Cyrene, during the Month of Phaestian in the Year
333.

To take part, all you need do is have the ability to forge a shortsword
- that most essential and practical of all the weapons in the land - and
to send myself a message detailing your name, city and guild. Since the
contest is to be held in Cyrene itself, please take into consideration
whether or not you are enemied by our city, before applying.

The entries shall be judged on overall quality, and be forged under
observation during the month of the Festival. Dependant on the number of
entrants, I am intending to provide commodities for this contest, so no
expense from yourself is likely. If you are interested, I urge you to
apply swiftly, so that the details of who forges when can be settled as
soon as possible.

Remember, anyone with even the minimum of forging skill can take part,
