Greetings Sapience,

By the hand of Lord Phaestus, The Smith, the dwarven race was given
life. And by his sacrifices we were given souls. In the time since our
souls were forged, the Dwarves of Sapience have grown numerous and
spread far and wide. Dwarves are found in each and every public
orginization, but until recently we have had no orginization of our own.
This has changed.

My fellow Dwarves, be it know that the Circle of Dwarves has been
formed. This social orginization exists to foster racial development,
good times, and a healthy increase in the demand for ale. The Circle is
order/city/guild neutral and accepts any of our race who will share of
themselves, but leave their conflicts outside.
