Your quite nice confusion of terms

It seems to be the fashion to equate Chaos with "Change", and to imply
that without Chaos life would be dull, meaningless, boring, and
generally like reading most of the posts on this board. Let us look at
the one example of an existance without the stain of Chaos and see what
we find.

For this account, I turn to the Mythos. The Mythos, being given to us
Divinely, cannot be doubted with regard to veracity. The Mythos state
that there were 2 realities created, Creation (in which Achaea resides)
and another, alternate Chaos plane (not to be confused with where chaos
ents come from), a place of pure Chaos and disorder; anathema to
Creation. As a result of the War of Humanity and the invasion of Entropy
and Discord, Chaos was introduced into Creation. The logical mind begs
to ask: was there a time when Chaos was not part of Creation? The answer
is, of course yes-there was a time in which Creation was not tainted by
Chaos. Let us look more closely at that time and the events which
transpired then:

The Mythos state that first, Ayar created the Elder Gods to "rule over
Creation and maintain order and balance", and the Aldar-less powerful
than the Elder Gods but still greatly powerful. The mythos state that
"Ages came and went peacefully as the various planes developed." Now,
development necessitates change by definition-and yet Chaos was not a
part of Creation. In especially creative burts, the Tsol'aa and Dwarves
were created. All this occured before the first introduction of Chaos
into the realms, and therefore without the slightest taint of Chaos.

Then, Chaos did appear-in the form of the Unnamable Horror. What did
this being of pure Chaos do, the first thing of Chaos ever to touch
creation? It attacked and raped Maya, one of "exceedingly pure and
innocent soul."

What would life be like without Chaos? Quite wonderful, as it was for
those Elder Gods and Aldar privilaged to live before the taint of Chaos.
What is life like with Chaos? Well, let me just propose that Chaos
hasn't improved any from its first encounter with Creation.
